Questions about SellWithZero
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. You set a confidential minimum before the auction. It is never disclosed to buyers, and you may choose to accept a bid below it.
Do I owe a commission?
No. You pay no seller commission and no commission to the buyer’s agent. Any buyer’s agent commission is paid by the SellWithZero team from the buyer’s premium.
Do I need to make repairs?
No. Properties sell as-is, where-is, with no repair requirements and no financing, inspection, or appraisal contingencies.
How long does it take?
About two months from the first conversation: roughly four weeks to auction day, then about 30 days to closing. Quicker options are also available.
