We’re excited for you to receive your auction winnings! If you’re picking up your items locally, here’s how to make the process as seamless as possible:
Pickup Window:
Local pickup is available the three business days following the auction. If you need more time, reach out to our bidder support team to make arrangements.
Payment Clearance:
Items will be ready for pickup once payment has been processed. For a list of payment methods we accept as well as typical payment processing times visit our Payments Information Page.
Scheduling Your Pickup:
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you schedule your pickup in advance. Our Bidder Support team is happy to assist!
Pro Tip: If you’re in the area, picking up in person is the fastest way to get your items home and start enjoying them.
Shipping
Options
We’re here to make receiving your auction winnings as smooth as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:
For Bidders in the Hampton Roads Region of Virginia:
Shipping is available, but you’ll need to contact our Bidder Support team via email or phone to arrange it.
For Bidders Outside the Commonwealth of Virginia:
Your items will automatically be added to our in-house shipping queue—no extra steps needed.
Prefer to pick up in person? No problem! Just reach out to our Bidder Support team after the auction to let us know you’ll be picking up instead of having your items shipped.
Real-Time Updates:
We use ShippingSaint software to provide tracking updates, shipping invoices, and label creation.
Payment Process:
Items will not be shipped until both your auction invoice and shipping invoice have been paid in full.
Shipping costs are invoiced separately from the auction items. You’ll receive these invoices via email and/or text message directly from ShippingSaint.
