We are currently seeking a motivated individual(s) to join our team as a Part-time and Full-Time, Auction Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and accurate administration of our auctions, both in-person and online.

What you will do

  • Setting up Auctions: Assist in the preparation of auctions, including cataloging, writing descriptions, and organizing auction items.
  • Electronic System Management: Learn and manage the electronic system used for recording sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the auction process.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the efficient flow of transactions, from bidder registration to payment processing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
  • Auction Reports: Complete detailed auction reports, documenting key information for internal records and analysis.
  • Errand Running: Perform various errands related to auction setup and management as needed.
  • Attendance: Attend required staff meetings to stay informed about company updates, strategies, and upcoming events.
  • Flexibility: Handle additional duties as requested by the supervisor and president to support the overall functioning of the gallery.
  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, managing positive client interactions throughout the auction process.
  • Organization and Time Management: Demonstrate top-notch organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of auction administration, ensuring accuracy in transactions and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and internal communication.
