Additional Information: This bronze bust portrays a serene figure with an elongated, tapering headdress and a bare chest adorned with necklace like ornaments. Hollow within and terminating at the hips, the sculpture rests on a simple black painted wooden base from which it is currently detached. The surface carries a soft green patina that speaks to age and long exposure.

The refined features and elegant proportions suggest a celestial being known in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, often identified as an Apsara.
