About this lot
Subject: Ranger Comics
Year: 1951
Manufacturer: Fiction Comics
Dimensions: Approx.10.25×7″
Condition: Wear Due to Age, Crease on Cover
Additional Information: The series remained known for its eye-catching covers and fast-paced blend of western, jungle, and adventure stories, often featuring bold, larger-than-life characters. As Fiction House was nearing the end of its comic production during this period, later issues like this carry added appeal for collectors seeking material from the publisher’s final run. Pieces from the early 1950s also reflect a transitional moment in comic history, just before the introduction of stricter industry standards, making them especially interesting from both a historical and collecting standpoint.
