Additional Information: A ceramic Navajo wedding vase made by artist Vail with double spouts and a handle that connects the two vase necks symbolizing the union of a couple. The piece is fired with horse hair creating a unique organic line work of black throughout the piece. The bottom is signed Vail.
A pot made with the same horse hair technique creating a unique organic design. The pot has a wide mouth and short body and an angled upper body. The bottom is signed Vail.
The third piece is a Navajo wedding vase made by artist W.B. The piece has the double spouts with the handle connection the two necks symbolizing the unity of the couple. The body of the vase is decorated with a colorful carved out relief decorated with bright colored glazes. Horse hair was then added to create the unique design. The bottom is hand signed W.B. and Navajo.
