Condition: Each has light wear and one comb with geometric carving has some of the comb picks slightly broken on the end.

Additional Information: Three carved wooden African combs. They may be from the Tanzania region. These are grooming tools, as well as cultural artifacts of craftmanship. One comb is carved from a dark wood with a circle carved at the top with slightly curved up portions on the sides and a circular or flower like design carved on the front and back and it has long comb picks. It has small numbers written on the top of the comb.

The next is carved out of a lighter wood with lines and geometric patterns etched onto the front and back, and it has long picks. It has numbers written and stuck onto the back of the comb. The last comb has a long handle or more simple carved shape, and it has numbers written on one side, 1898, which potentially could be the year its from, and other numbers on the other side.
