Condition: Light scratches along the top and edges

Additional Information: A Southeast Asia, Philippines, Luzon, Ifugao 20th c. Filipino Boar Tusk w/Bulul or female figure Carved wood staff, used as rice crop guardians or deity. It has a slender sharp pointed staff and iron spike to base, the shaft features a rattan woven wrapping and red pigment below upturned boar tusks and a tall carved female figure. The wood has a dark black tint or coloring. 

Collected by a teacher in the Philippines (late 1970’s) who resided at Clark Air Base for over fifteen years.
