Condition: There is a slight loosening or tear of the embroidered finish at the bottom of the sheath, the blade is discolored from age, with no other damage to the blade. 

Additional Information: This Salampasu knife with sheath is made of metal or steel. It is also known as a “mpuku.” It has a carved wooden handle and a hide sheath. The sheath is adorned with stitched and hammered finishes and measures 18 in. long. The handle measures 6 in. and has a rounded and carved finish. Overall, the length is 25.5 in. These knives were traditionally used by the Salampasu people.
