Description: Three Tibetan Buddhist travel altars also known as Ghau or Gau or travel shrines. They are designed to be portable so people can bring their sacred objects with them. The largest shrine is made with a silver colored metal with geometric and spiritual designed embossed on the front with a carved painted and wooden buddha or spiral figure in the center under glass. Its wrapped in a red and brown cloth pouch with a strap. Another one of the smaller shrines has a similar design and is made of silver metal and has a yellow and red fabric pouch. The last pouch is copper colored with just designs or Tibetan writing on the front and has green and red fabric encasing it.
