Additional Description: This 1990 American Gold Eagle, in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and taken from a U.S. Mint tube, contains one troy ounce of gold and is struck in 22-karat metal, with a composition of 91.67% gold and 8.33% copper and silver for added strength. The obverse features the Saint-Gaudens Liberty design, first introduced in 1907, while the reverse depicts Miley Busiek’s image of a family of eagles. Issued under the Gold Bullion Coin Act of 1985, this coin is part of the first decade of production in the U.S. Mint’s official gold bullion series.
