Condition: The horse has a broken ears (one included) and a repaired crack around its head 

Additional Information: A caballo folk art horse figure made by the last Inca civilization from the Pucara region of Peru. The caballo Pucara horse figure is known for its exquisite ivory color which represents purity and protection, decorative paint, handcrafted nature, reflecting the artistic traditions of that time. The horse is decorated with flower embellishments, painted geometric shapes, a saddle, and a loop handle on its back. The bottom is signed El Cacique, the leader. 

The horse figure was given as a wedding gift  or kept for a good luck charm due to representing prosperity, happiness, and fertility. The horse has a mixture of Andean beliefs with Spanish influences showing the importance of the horse to the Inca people.  They were also used for ceremonies, cattle branding, and ensuring livestock procreation. Bulls called Torito de Pucara were created for the same reasons as the horse.
