Origin: Pre-Columbia, Columbia, Calima culture, ca. 600 BCE to 200 CE. 

Dimensions: The male cup measures 3.25×3.5×5.5 in. 

Condition: Both have light cracking in each and have light wear and scuffs. they have stickers with numbers on the bottom.

Additional Information: Two hand built figural cup vessels that form a male and a female figure. Each figure is in squatted positions with their hands on their knees and heading rising above the rims. A bump on the male figure vase indicates his genitalia. Each has engraved portions and designs that represent the figures clothing, jewelry, or other details.

Their ears are pierced with holes and may have made separate ornamentation at one point in time. Their faces display squinted lines for the eyes and open clay portions for their mouths. The woman has flowing hair and the male appears to wear a headpiece. Both represent “cargador” figures or people that carry vessels on their backs.
