Description: A brass Peurise Teumaga Shield from Indonesia made with a convex shaped and scalloped edge and decorated with six star shaped bosses inspired by Islamic motifs. Shied was used during the Aceh War against the Dutch colonies. The shields were also use during dance ceremonies.
