The vessel features a large threaded center opening surrounded by six vertical threaded sidearm ports, allowing the attachment of an overhead-drive assembly, probes, tubing, gas lines, sampling equipment and other laboratory fittings. Graduated capacity markings run from approximately 9 to 36 liters.
This vessel appears to correspond with Bellco’s 36-liter six-sidearm overhead drive vessel, commonly identified as catalog model 1964-36000, although no separate catalog or serial label is present to independently confirm the exact model number.
Made by Bellco in Vineland, New Jersey, USA, likely during the late 20th or early 21st century. Exact production date is unknown.
