Condition: All are in various conditions with paint loss, scratches, and light ware.
Additional Information: The female Hakata doll with less paint loss that is wearing green and holding a bottle has two manufacture stickers on the bottom of it stating that it was made in Japan. The other female Hakata doll wearing green and holding a bottle has had repair done to the head. One of the male Hakata dolls with a bucket and hammer has a sticker on the bottom that states “Made in Japan” and a stamp reading “NO. 1612”. The Hakata doll with a brown hat and white and green shirt is holding a broken string and appears to have glue on its left hand. The Hakata doll sitting with its arms in front of him appears to be missing whatever he was holding. On the bottom of this doll is a sticker stating “Made in Japan” and a stamp reading “2011”. The Hakata doll sitting behind a pot has a stamp on the bottom stating “Made in Japan” and a stamp reading “2011” he also appears to be missing whatever he was holding in his right hand. The Hakata doll holding the scroll has a crack on the back of his head and on the back of his right arm. He also has a sticker on the bottom that says “Japan”.

Hakata dolls gained popularity in the United States during and after WWII as service members returning from Japan would bring them home as souvenirs.
