Origin: Wari or Huari culture, 300-700 AD

Dimensions: 6.5 in. in diameter x 9.5 in. tall.

Condition: Light wear and scratches and a chip on the top 

Additional Information: A handmade clay fired pottery vessel that is believed to be from the Pre-Colombian Wari civilization. The vessel has a rounded shape with its widest portion in the center and a slimmer, then upturned rim. The pottery is polychromed with geometric red and black designs on an orange colored clay base. 

The Wari were a Middle Horizon civilization that flourished in south-central Andes and the coast area of modern day Peru. 

The provenance is reportedly Arte Xibalba, Osprey/Sarasota FL.
