Origin: Pre-Columbian, potentially from the Narino Capuli culutal complex in the Southern Highland Narino region in present day Ecuador or Colombia. From around 800-1000 AD.

Dimensions: 7.5 in. in diameter x 4 in. tall

Condition: Light wear of the paint and small chips on the top, and pock marks and wear along the sides

Additional Information: A handmade clay earthenware pedestal bowl. This pottery bowl has a rounded shape and has painted black and tan designs within the basin. the designs are triangular shapes with dots that line the inside in a swirling pattern. The outside of the vessel is a simple red-orange color with some darker or black spots from firing.
